Coaching For Depression
Depression is encompassing and not something that most people can understand. I have a lot of experience with this and can assist with a unique understanding and by assisting you to change thought patterns and help you with breaking the cycle and allowing new practices that can change your life. Besides having experienced this myself, I have lost 2 people to suicide.
In these times that we live, people are living more isolated lives and as human beings, we are not meant to be isolated. One in 4 Americans, have no friends at all. This is quite disturbing as we tend to live in our thoughts and if our thought patterns are negative, this can lead you down a dark path from which you cannot seem to lift yourself out of.

Trauma Coaching
When we experience trauma in our lives, we don’t allow ourselves time to heal, instead we move forward without addressing the pain and the loss. Further on, we find ourselves having panic attacks and symptoms of PTSD.
I have been through this when my husband was diagnosed with terminal stomach cancer during covid and sent home to pass away. All of a sudden he had to deal with what he was facing and I had to take care of him and try to come to terms with him facing a potentially awful experience.
It was one of the most difficult if not the most difficult situation I have had to deal with in my life. In one way, it was a hugely transformative experience for me, as I had no option but to face death head on. I cared for him and he detested the fact that he was in the position where he had to rely on me as well as having to put me through the situation.
He eventually passed away while I was lying next to him in bed. I was relieved that he was no longer in pain and at peace. Less than a year later, I lost my mother. I realised about 8 months later that I had PTSD.
I am not officially qualified to council anyone who has PTSD, but I can help people come to terms with their loss or potential loss.
Together we can get through the thought processes and acceptance.

Each session is approx. one hour and we can assess the situation and perhaps book more sessions and the cost is US$ 60.
